What we collect

Tools

All interactive tools (breathing exercises, worksheets, quizzes, thermometer) run entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit any data you enter into our tools. Worksheet answers, quiz results, and other tool inputs stay on your device and are not saved anywhere.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) in cookieless mode to understand how people use the site. This collects:

  • Pages visited and time on page
  • General geographic location (country/region level)
  • Device type and browser
  • Referral source (how you found us)

GA4 in cookieless mode does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address through MailerLite. Your email is used solely to send you our newsletter. We do not sell, share, or rent your email address to third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
